Overview…

Well, a very very good morning/ afternoon/ evening everyone,

Myself Adveta Kandwal, and welcome to this another blog of mine.

Like being literally honest, it was really difficult for me to choose a topic for this blog and then the one thing that came to my mind was, “How about writing a blog about that very team that makes my day a lot more special”

So here I am, writing this blog, to introduce you people to my team, yeah my team, that is, star techies.

Knowing my mentors and peers

From seeing Akhilesh’s creative origami to getting to know the addiction Shaivya has for friends, to knowing Ritika’s love for yoga, meditation, and gardening, to see the epic madness of Suhani’s addiction to k-drama and BTS, to surprisingly knowing the all-rounder Srishti who loves all the activities, to know Shalini who loves listening music and singing, and finally me, who loves to write poems and to read books.

Well, that was the beginning of all the further beginnings.

Akhilesh Negi

Akhilesh is our FSD mentor. Well, thinking about the first day I saw him on the ColoredCow introduction program of WIT, his image for me was like a frank, sweet human.

Now coming to our first team meetup, it makes me agree on the fact, that yeah I have the power of getting to know the character of a human at first look.

To be honest, the way he remains patient is really appreciable. His energy levels are really very high throughout the meetup and as always he is very very much hardworking and always understanding.

And all of these characteristics make him a perfect mentor.

Shaivya Sahare

Shaivya is our power skills mentor. Well, she is one of the most sweetest person I have ever met (sorry for the grammatical error..but honestly just feel the feeling which made me write this).

She is a person full of “masti”, exciting ideas, and new interactive games. Like, the way she understands us, motivates every one of us to participate, and the way she appreciates everyone’s participation that’s really very very commendable. She is not just a mentor but like an elder sister like I’m literally off words now for her.

Ritika Joshi

Ritika is a first-year student, who is my batchmate and a very good friend who is always there for helping and supporting.

She is a very dedicated devoted soul. She is a Potterhead which makes me like her more.

Well, she is always up with ideas and thoughts about getting better day by day which is really a very very great approach towards life.

Suhani Jain

Suhani is too a first-year student, who’s again my batchmate and a very good friend who is also an open-hearted person and very very supportive.

She is a fangirl so, what else can describe her more than that! She is always filled up with questions, ideas, and fun. She is the one who maintains the entertaining weather during the meet-up calls. She is always a positive person which also gives a positive direction to her approach towards life.

Srishti Singhal

Srishti is a second-year student, who is my senior in college and also a very helpful and sweet friend of mine.

She is an all-rounder. And a very sweet, hard-working, supportive, caring person. She always finishes her tasks on time and works very seriously. Like honestly my first image of her was of a serious person, well, unfortunately, no she is not a that serious type of person but very very sweet indeed.

Shalini

Shalini is also a second-year student, my senior at college, and also a very kind friend.

Shalini has a very kind, sweet nature. She is hard-working and a fast learner. she has a very polite nature which makes her a very good human indeed. She always finishes her tasks on time and also loves to sing and listen to music. She always respects everyone.

Adveta Kandwal…(my turn now..yippee)

So I am a first-year and I am a friend of all my peers.

So, if Akhilesh or my peers had to give me one word to define me, then it would be, “ A Deadline for all Deadlines…”

Literally when I say Akhilesh has a nice patience level then I would say it is because of me indeed.

I am really sorry that I work on deadlines, but I feel much more active on my deadlines.

So yeah just one piece of advice…give me more close deadlines.

Star Techies

“A team is not one who works together, but the one who trusts each other.”

So…That’s my team. My fabulous team. Like it’s difficult to describe them cause it is so difficult like really.

We named our team “Star Techies”. And we also decided a group slogan which in times of trouble will help us to feel more motivated and active towards our work, which says,

“When things go wrong, as they sometimes will, Rest if you must, But don't you quit!”

#BLESSED

Like I am really off words, like what shall I say, I just feel soo very much blessed. Like having such a wonderful fabulous team, who is actually now a family to me, well this is another blessing.

Like on counting my infinite blessings I am surely gonna count this, cause this made me much more beyond what I could ever imagine that I could ever become.

So yeah thanks a lot..like really thanks to each and every one of you, for being such a fabulous team.
